"How I See and Read Auras--

When I read an aura, I am observing and intuitively sensing the energetic field that surrounds your body. Every person carries a unique energy signature, and this field often presents itself to me in colors, textures, movement patterns, and layers.

I may see primary colors that represent your core emotional or spiritual state.

Secondary layers that reflect recent experiences or current challenges.

Movement, breaks, or density shifts in the field that show stress, growth, protection, or healing.

Brightness or expansion that indicates vitality and alignment.

Auras are not static. They shift with your thoughts, emotions, physical state, and spiritual awareness. During a session, I tune into your energy and interpret what the colors and patterns are communicating. Each color has both light and shadow aspects, and I share what is coming through with compassion and clarity.

My readings are not about labeling or predicting your future. They are about awareness, helping you understand where your energy is flowing freely and where it may be asking for attention, healing, or support.

Every aura tells a story. My role is simply to translate what your energy is already expressing.

As a Reiki practitioner and sound meditation facilitator, my aura readings are supported by formal energetic training and hands-on experience working within the subtle energy field.

Reiki has trained me to sense shifts in energy flow, blockages, and areas of depletion or activation within the body and surrounding field. Sound therapy deepens this awareness, as vibrational frequencies visibly and tangibly shift the aura in real time — expanding, softening, clearing, or stabilizing the field.

Because of this foundation, my readings are not only intuitive but somatically informed. I understand how emotional experiences, stress, trauma, and healing physically register in the energy body. When appropriate, I may suggest grounding techniques, energetic practices, or supportive modalities to help you integrate what comes forward in your reading.
